Madhatters Madhouse: First on our list is located 30 miles away in Purcellville, Va. This event is ages 13 and up, Madhatters Madhouse, voted Virginia’s scariest hunt in 2018 is open every weekend until the 1st of November gives you a forty five minute long scare as you walk the outdoor trail of the Madhouse with four different sections sure to give you and others a good fright. In addition they offer an escape room as well. The main trail tickets can be bought online, costing 35 dollars with add ons such as the escape room being an extra 5 dollars. Factories of fear: Located at the ARTfactory Manassas, Va. Factories of Fear is a unique Haunted attraction converted from an old hotel, and is now a four story haunted factory for guests to get scared. The haunt is open the 17th, 18th, 24th and 25th from 6pm to 11pm. Tickets for this unique and frightening haunt cost 25 dollars online and 30 at the door, a waiver however is required before entering and children under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult. Cox Farm: Fields of Fear: A stable in the Northern Virginia Community, Cox Farm, located in Centerville, Va, also offers one of the best haunted attractions within the area. Fields of Fear is over 20 acres of fields of frights that include a corn maze, a haunted forest and a hayride, all filled with scare actors to give you a real scare this October. Other attractions include food and a bound fire all filled with actors to immerse you in the haunted experience. Open every Friday and Saturday night until November 7th and 8th.
