Dareen Khoshnaw, Staff Writer
Dareen Khoshnaw is a junior at South Lakes High School, and this is her first year as a staff writer for The Sentinel. She has always been passionate about politics, as well as debating, and regularly keeps up with current events. Her interest in journalism began when her 6th grade English teacher went around the room guessing what each student’s high school future profession would be, and said Dareen would be part of the school newspaper who told the “hard truth”, and she has been inspired ever since. She hopes to pursue a career in political science.
