  1. Exercising more frequently
    The resolution to exercise more is quite common for the new years. This might be due to the fact that it is the perfect time to start getting fit for the summer or just to get fit in general.  Exercising reduces stress and improves your overall health, making it a great resolution for the new year.

  2. Eating healthier

    Similar to exercising more, this resolution is also very common among new years resolutions. This resolution is great, as eating healthier can have so many benefits to a  body because you are nourishing it with the nutrients it needs.  It’s good to take care of your body which makes it a nice resolution for the new year. Eating healthier could also be connected to going on a diet.

    Saving more money is actually one of the most popular resolutions for 2024. It’s a great resolution if you tend to spend money on unnecessary things or you just have a spending problem.   4. Spending more time with family and friends It’s always a good thing to spend your time with your loved ones.
