Thanksgiving is only a few days away! Here are some movie recommendations to watch with your family for this joyful holiday.

 

A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving (1973)

Synopsis: When Charlie Brown’s friend, Peppermint Patty, invites her and her friends over to Charlie’s for Thanksgiving dinner, Charlie and Snoopy frantically try to make the best Thanksgiving dinner with what little time they have.

The Family Stone (2005)

Synopsis: When Everett (Dermot Mulroney) returns home for Thanksgiving with his fiancee, his family has mixed opinions on her. As Everett’s fiancee starts to crumble under the pressure of trying to please her soon to be in-law’s, she calls her sister, Julie (Claire Danes). With both Meredith and Everett having a change of heart when Julie arrives, secrets end up being revealed during this thankful holiday.

You’ve Got Mail (1998)

Synopsis: Both Joe Fox (Tom Hanks) and Kathleen Kelly (Meg Ryan) are in committed relationships, just not with each other. When Kathleen and Joe start messaging an anonymous person on an online group chat, they start to fall for the person behind the screen. Anonymity may be better than the reality of the people with whom Joe and Kathleen are actually falling in love.

The Blind Side (2009)
