VHSL is partnering with the Virginia Association of Journalism Teachers and Advisers (VAJTA) to sponsor jCamp for student journalists July 14-18 at James Madison University in Harrisonburg. Students will participate in storytelling strands where they will do actual reporting and production alongside nationally recognized teachers/advisers. Campers will also get to choose from a wide variety of break-out sessions each day exploring all facets of journalism including photography, videography, writing, design, law and ethics, social media/digital journalism and so much more!
