Usually, Winter Transfer Windows aren’t usually good but this year it was actually decent. Many teams have gotten a new player. Manchester City got a new star defender, Marc Guehi, after four of their defenders got injured. Guehi was a great signing with him playing all 20 matches starting, 1800 minutes, and a 7.28 rating on Fotmob.
Ethan Nwaneri, the 18-year-old star for Arsenal has just gone on loan to Marseille, playing in the French league with the other young star in Endrick, who also went on loan to Lyon. Antoine Semenyo, who has just broken out as a star in this league for AFC Bournemouth, has moved to a new start in Manchester for Man City for 76 Million. He has shown great promise, scoring ten goals and three assists in 21 matches. Donyell Malen, who previously played for Borussia Dortmund in the UCL Final, had a total of 18 G/A in 38 matches. He showed a ton of promise in his career, transferring to Aston Villa for two seasons, but couldn’t really show too much, so he went on loan to Roma. Luis Guilherme, the 19-year-old right winger for West Ham who played two seasons with them, went to the Portuguese League on loan for a fresh new start and to develop.
Many new young stars have made new moves to the Premier League. For example, Souza, the 19-year-old left-back moved from Santos FC to Tottenham Hotspur, Alex Toth, the 20-year-old centre-midfielder moved from Ferencvaros to AFC Bournemouth, Brian Madjo, the 17-year-old striker moved from Metz to Aston Villa, Kaye Furo, the 18-year-old striker moved from Club Brugge to Brentford, and Alysson Edward, the 19-year-old right-winger moved from Gremio to Aston Villa.
One last important transfer from this window was Brennan Johnson, who was well-known at Tottenham Hotspur and was a starting right-winger moving to Crystal Palace for 47 Million.
