It’s their classic matcha with a pistachio sauce with a mix of chocolate cream cold foam and a salty brown- buttery topping. Another Dubai drink they have is the Iced Chocolate Mocha. This drink is Starbucks Espresso Roast with chocolate mocha sauce, finished with nutty pistachio cream cold foam and a salted brown-buttery topping and served over ice. For deserts they have a Chocolate Pistachio Loaf like their Iced Lemon Loaf and a Dubai Chocolate Bite a bite-size treat with a crisp chocolate-shortbread crust filled with a crunchy kataifi pistachio cream and a rich chocolate drizzle and pistachio crumbles.​ 

Dubai chocolate has become a huge trend on Tik Tok in 2025, coming to a closing point in 2026. Many influencers would rate different styles and variations of the chocolate.
